Access problems on arrival
If you cannot access the pickup or drop-off location, follow the steps below before taking any action.

- No parking available
- Locked building with no access
- Missing access code
What to do
- Attempt to resolve the access issue.
- Contact the customer through the app.
- Report the issue through the app.
Access issues must be handled through the system. Do not proceed without proper access. Do not leave without following system steps.
