If a wall, floor, door frame, elevator, or other part of a property was damaged during your job, you can file a claim through the Muvr claims system.
Property damage includes harm caused to the physical structure or fixtures at the pickup or drop-off location during the job. Common examples include scuffs or gouges on walls or door frames, scratches or dents on flooring, damage to elevator walls or doors, and broken fixtures such as railings or light fittings.
Property damage does not include wear that was already present before the team arrived, or damage to items belonging to Muvr drivers or partners.
Submit within 48 hours of job completion. Claims filed after this window may not be eligible for review.
If your building management requires a formal incident report, you should file that separately with them. For the Muvr claim, focus on providing clear photos and a description. If you receive a repair estimate from a contractor or your building, you can attach it to your claim or send it through the app once the claim is open.
A claims specialist will review your submission and may follow up for more details. The review timeline is typically 3 to 7 business days for standard cases. See Claims review timeline for more.
