Notifications and communication

Muvr sends booking confirmations, arrival updates, and service notifications through the app, email, or phone. Some messages are tied to your booking and cannot be disabled.

How notifications work

You may receive the following types of messages:

Messages are sent through the app, email, or phone depending on the event type and your preferences.

How to manage notifications

  1. Open account settings in the Muvr app or website.
  2. Select Notifications or Communication preferences.
  3. Review available settings.
  4. Save your preferences.

Some messages are required. Operational messages tied to your booking or account may still be sent even if optional notifications are reduced.
