Update email or phone number
You can change the email address or phone number tied to your account from your account settings. Changes require verification of the new contact information before they take effect.
How to update your contact information
- Open your account settings in the Muvr app or logged-in website.
- Select Profile or Contact information.
- Update your email address or phone number.
- Complete verification for the new contact information using the code sent to you.
- Save the change.
Why verification is required
Your email address and phone number are used to verify account access, deliver booking updates, and support account security. Changes are not complete until the new contact information is verified.
The change is not active until verified. Make sure you can access the new email address or phone number before submitting the update.
If you cannot update your information
Check the following:
- Your account is active
- You can access the new email address or phone number to receive the verification code
- The verification code was entered correctly and has not expired
