Signs of a security issue
Contact Muvr support if you notice any of the following:
- Unexpected account activity
- Bookings you do not recognize
- Contact information changed without your action
- Verification codes you did not request
What to do if you suspect unauthorized access
- Stop using any unexpected verification code messages that were not requested by you.
- Review your account activity for unrecognized changes or bookings.
- Update and verify your contact information if needed. See how to update your email or phone number.
- Report the issue promptly through the app support flow.
Never share your verification code. Muvr will not ask you to provide a verification code over phone or chat. If someone asks for your code, do not share it.
