Delete account
You can request account deletion from your account settings. Review the requirements below before submitting.
How to delete your account
- Open account settings in the Muvr app or website.
- Select Account management.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review the action carefully.
- Confirm deletion if eligible.
Before deleting your account
Make sure the following are true before proceeding:
- All bookings are completed
- No open claims, disputes, or active issues remain
- You no longer need access to booking history tied to that account
Deletion may remove access to your account history. Some records may be retained subject to legal or operational requirements. Deletion is not always immediate for every underlying system record.
If you cannot delete your account
Account deletion may be limited if any of the following apply:
- There are active bookings
- There are open disputes or claims
- Some records must be retained for legal, billing, fraud, or compliance reasons
Resolve any open issues before requesting deletion.
