Trouble accessing bookings

If you cannot view or access your booking details, the issue is usually related to which account you are signed in to.

What to do

  1. Sign out if you are currently signed in.
  2. Sign back in using the correct email address or phone number tied to the booking.
  3. Enter the verification code sent to you.
  4. Check your bookings again.

Bookings are tied to the account used at the time of booking. If you used a different email address or phone number when booking, you will need to sign in with that account to see it.
