Trouble accessing bookings
If you cannot view or access your booking details, the issue is usually related to which account you are signed in to.
What to check
- You are signed in to the correct account
- The booking was created using the same email address or phone number you are currently signed in with
- Your session has not expired
What to do
- Sign out if you are currently signed in.
- Sign back in using the correct email address or phone number tied to the booking.
- Enter the verification code sent to you.
- Check your bookings again.
Bookings are tied to the account used at the time of booking. If you used a different email address or phone number when booking, you will need to sign in with that account to see it.
