Did not receive your verification code
If your verification code has not arrived, there are a few things to check before requesting a new one.
What to check first
- Your email address or phone number was entered correctly
- Spam or junk folders if you are using email
- Your mobile signal and message delivery if you are using phone
What to do next
- Wait briefly for the message to arrive. Codes may be delayed depending on your email provider or carrier.
- Request a new code.
- Confirm you are using the correct email address or phone number for the account.
Only the most recent code is valid. If you requested multiple codes, use only the latest one.
If you still cannot receive a code
Make sure your device can receive email or text messages and that you are trying to sign in with the correct account contact information.
If you booked using a different email address or phone number, use that account information instead.
