Cancel a booking

Whether you can cancel depends on your booking stage at the time of the request. Fees may apply depending on how far the job has progressed.

How to cancel a booking

  1. Open your booking in the Muvr app or website
  2. Select your booking
  3. Choose Cancel
  4. Review any applicable fees
  5. Confirm cancellation

What determines whether you can cancel

  • Before a team is assigned — Cancellation is generally available. Fees may depend on timing.
  • After a team is assigned — Cancellation may still be available, but fees are likely.
  • When a team is en route — Cancellation is limited. Travel has already started.
  • When a team has arrived or the job has started — Cancellation is no longer flexible and may be charged in full.

If you cannot cancel

You may not see the cancel option if:

  • The job is too close to start time
  • A team has already been dispatched
  • The job is already in progress

Cancellation outcomes are based on booking timing, dispatch status, and system-recorded activity. They are not manually overridden. Refer to the Cancellation Policy for full rules.
