Cancel a booking
Whether you can cancel depends on your booking stage at the time of the request. Fees may apply depending on how far the job has progressed.
How to cancel a booking
- Open your booking in the Muvr app or website
- Select your booking
- Choose Cancel
- Review any applicable fees
- Confirm cancellation
What determines whether you can cancel
- Before a team is assigned — Cancellation is generally available. Fees may depend on timing.
- After a team is assigned — Cancellation may still be available, but fees are likely.
- When a team is en route — Cancellation is limited. Travel has already started.
- When a team has arrived or the job has started — Cancellation is no longer flexible and may be charged in full.
If you cannot cancel
You may not see the cancel option if:
- The job is too close to start time
- A team has already been dispatched
- The job is already in progress
