How to reschedule a booking

  1. Open your booking
  2. Select Reschedule
  3. Choose a new date and time
  4. Review availability and any price changes
  5. Confirm

What affects rescheduling

Rescheduling depends on:

  • Availability in your area
  • How close your job is to starting
  • Whether a team is already assigned

Same-day rescheduling

Same-day changes:

  • Are not guaranteed
  • May require a new booking
  • May involve pricing adjustments

If you cannot reschedule

Rescheduling may not be available if:

  • The job is too close to start time
  • A team is already en route
  • The job has already started
