- Open your booking
- Select Edit details
- Add or remove items
- Review updated pricing
- Confirm changes
How item changes affect your booking
Changes to items may affect:
- Total time required
- Labor needed
- Vehicle requirements
- Pricing
All updates must be confirmed before they apply.
When item changes are not allowed
You may not be able to update items if:
- The job is too close to start time
- A team has already been assigned
- The job is in progress
If your job scope changes on-site
If the actual job differs from what was booked:
- The booking may need to be corrected
- Updated pricing must be confirmed before continuing
Work outside confirmed scope is not guaranteed.
