Add or remove items from a booking

Xou can update items on a booking before the job begins. Changes may affect pricing, labor, and vehicle requirements.

How to update items

  1. Open your booking
  2. Select Edit details
  3. Add or remove items
  4. Review updated pricing
  5. Confirm changes

How item changes affect your booking

Changes to items may affect:

  • Total time required
  • Labor needed
  • Vehicle requirements
  • Pricing

All updates must be confirmed before they apply.

When item changes are not allowed

You may not be able to update items if:

  • The job is too close to start time
  • A team has already been assigned
  • The job is in progress

If your job scope changes on-site

If the actual job differs from what was booked:

  • The booking may need to be corrected
  • Updated pricing must be confirmed before continuing

Work outside confirmed scope is not guaranteed.
