Cannot reach the driver

If you cannot reach your driver, check your booking for status updates before taking further action.

How to handle this

  1. Check your booking for driver status and updates
  2. Allow time for arrival within the estimated window
  3. Use the in-app contact option if available

What may be happening

  • The driver is en route and focused on driving
  • The driver is delayed but still within the service window
  • The system has updated the ETA

When this becomes an issue

If:

  • there is no response
  • no updated ETA
  • arrival is outside the expected window

Lack of immediate response does not always indicate a problem. Drivers may not respond while driving or during active job transitions.
