Driver is late

If your driver is late, check your booking for an updated ETA. Most delays are handled through the system automatically.

What counts as late

A driver may be considered late if:

  • Arrival is outside the estimated window
  • There is no updated ETA

What happens when a driver is late

The system may:

  • Update the arrival time
  • Reassign the job if needed
  • Notify you of delays

What you can do

You can:

  • Check your booking for updated ETA
  • Wait for updated arrival information
  • Report an issue if the delay is significant

Important

Delays alone do not automatically qualify for refunds. Resolution depends on booking details and actual impact.
