Declining a job
You may decline available jobs, but doing so may affect your dispatch priority.
How to decline
- Open available jobs in the Driver App.
- Select Decline.
When to decline
Decline if:
- Your vehicle is not suitable for the job
- You do not have the required equipment
- You cannot meet the timing requirements
Declining jobs may affect job availability and dispatch priority. Repeated declines may reduce the number of jobs offered to you.
