Identity verification
Identity verification confirms that you are who you say you are. It must be completed before your account can be activated.
What is required
You may need to provide:
- A government-issued ID
- Personal information matching your account
How it works
- Submit the required identification and personal information through the Driver App.
- Complete any additional verification steps prompted by the system.
- Wait for verification to be reviewed and approved.
Verification must be completed before activation. Your account will not be activated until identity verification is approved.
