Activation steps
Activation is not automatic. All requirements must be completed and approved before you can begin accepting jobs.
What activation requires
To be activated, you must:
- Complete onboarding in the Driver App
- Pass identity and background verification
- Upload all required documents
- Meet vehicle and equipment requirements
What happens after activation
Once your account is approved:
- You can access available jobs in your area
- You can begin accepting work within your approved service types
Activation is not automatic. All requirements must be individually completed and approved. Partial completion does not grant access to jobs.
