Charged after cancellation
Cancellation does not always prevent a charge. Fees may apply depending on when the cancellation occurred and what had already happened with the booking.
Why you may still be charged
You may still be charged if:
- Cancellation occurred after dispatch
- A team was already en route
- The job had already started
How charges are determined
Charges depend on:
- Cancellation timing
- Booking status
- Work already performed
When charges may be reviewed
Charges may be reviewed if:
- There was a system error
- The booking status was incorrect
- The charge does not match activity
How to request a review
- Open your booking
- Select Get help
- Choose Charge issue
- Submit details
