Charged after cancellation

Cancellation does not always prevent a charge. Fees may apply depending on when the cancellation occurred and what had already happened with the booking.

Why you may still be charged

You may still be charged if:

  • Cancellation occurred after dispatch
  • A team was already en route
  • The job had already started

How charges are determined

Charges depend on:

  • Cancellation timing
  • Booking status
  • Work already performed

When charges may be reviewed

Charges may be reviewed if:

  • There was a system error
  • The booking status was incorrect
  • The charge does not match activity

How to request a review

  1. Open your booking
  2. Select Get help
  3. Choose Charge issue
  4. Submit details

Important

Charges are based on system-recorded timing and activity. They are not removed without valid reason. Refer to the Cancellation Policy and Pricing and Fee Policy for details.
