Charged incorrectly

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you can submit a review request through your booking.

What counts as an incorrect charge

A charge may be incorrect if:

  • It does not match the completed service
  • It includes items or services not performed
  • It reflects a system error

What does not count

Charges are not considered incorrect if:

  • The job scope changed and was completed
  • Additional time or labor was required
  • Pricing reflects actual job conditions

How to report an issue

  1. Open your booking
  2. Select Get help
  3. Choose Charge issue
  4. Submit details and evidence

All charge reviews are based on booking data, job records, and confirmed updates.
