Payment methods

Manage the payment methods saved to your Muvr account. Valid payment information is required to complete bookings and process charges.

How to manage payment methods

  1. Open your account settings in the Muvr app or website.
  2. Select Payment methods.
  3. Add, remove, or update a payment method.
  4. Save your changes.

What to check

Make sure your payment method on file is valid, not expired, and entered correctly. Invalid or expired payment methods may prevent successful checkout or booking updates.

If your payment method fails

Check the following:

If a payment fails at checkout, update your payment method and retry the booking before your selected time window expires.
