How to Request a Quote

If you’re not ready to book right away, you can request a quote in the Muvr app or website. This lets you see an estimated cost before confirming your order.


Step 1: Open the Muvr App or Website

  • Log in to your Muvr account.

  • Tap or click “Get a Quote” or start a new booking.


Step 2: Select the Service Type

  • Choose the type of service you need:

    • Move – full home, apartment, or office move.

    • Delivery – furniture, appliances, or store purchases.

    • Junk Removal – unwanted items, trash, or clean-outs.


Step 3: Enter Order Details

  • Pickup location

  • Drop-off location (skip if Junk Removal)

  • Type of items & quantity

  • Dimensions/weight (attach images if possible for accuracy)

  • Any stairs or elevator involved

  • Preferred date & time


Step 4: Receive Your Quote

  • The system will generate an instant price estimate based on your inputs.

  • The quote will include:

    • Base service fee

    • Adjustments for helpers, stairs, or special handling

    • Estimated total cost

Tip: Attaching clear photos of your items helps ensure your quote is as accurate as possible.


Step 5: Save or Proceed

  • If you’re ready, you can proceed to booking and payment.

  • If you’re not ready yet, you can save the quote as a draft order and come back later.


What Happens Next?

  • If saved as a draft, you’ll see it in your Draft Orders section.

  • You can follow up later by confirming and paying when you’re ready.

  • Our team may also reach out to assist if you leave a draft order incomplete.
