How to Book a Move, Delivery, or Junk Removal

Booking with Muvr is simple and only takes a few minutes. Here’s how to schedule your Move, Delivery, or Junk Removal order.


Step 1: Open the Muvr App or Website

  • Log in to your account (or create one if it’s your first time).

  • From the home screen, tap “Book a Service.”


Step 2: Choose Your Service Type

  • Select one of the three available services:

    • Move – For full apartment, home, or office moves.

    • Delivery – For furniture, appliances, or store purchases.

    • Junk Removal – For unwanted items or clean-outs.


Step 3: Enter Order Details

  • Pickup location

  • Drop-off location (skip if Junk Removal)

  • Item information (type, quantity, dimensions/weight — attach photos if possible)

  • Stairs or elevator access

  • Preferred date and pickup time

Tip: Adding images of your items helps ensure accurate pricing and proper support (e.g., if additional helpers are needed).


Step 4: Get a Quote

  • Muvr will generate an instant price estimate based on your details.

  • Review the cost breakdown (base rate, helpers, stairs, etc.).

  • If you’re happy with the price, proceed to the next step.


Step 5: Confirm and Save

  • Add any special instructions or notes for your driver/helper.

  • Save the order as a draft if you’re not ready to pay yet, or proceed to payment.


Step 6: Payment & Finalization

  • Review the final details and confirm.

  • Pay securely through the app.

  • Once payment is complete, your booking will be active.


Step 7: Track Your Order

  • You’ll be notified when drivers/helpers are assigned.

  • Track their live location in the app when they’re on the way.

  • Communicate with them directly through the app if needed (phone numbers are masked for privacy).


After the Service

  • Once the job is completed, you’ll receive a receipt and detailed breakdown in your app and email.

  • Rate and review your experience to help us improve.
