What to Do If Your Driver Is Late

If your driver is running behind schedule, follow these steps to stay updated and resolve the issue quickly.


1. Check the Driver’s ETA

  • Open the Orders tab in the app.

  • Tap on your active order to see the driver’s estimated time of arrival (ETA).


2. Contact Your Driver

  • Tap Message Driver to ask for an update.

  • If needed, tap Call Driver for a direct conversation.


3. Watch for Notifications

  • Your driver may send an update about a delay.

  • Keep notifications enabled to receive real-time alerts.


4. Contact Muvr Support

  • If the driver is significantly late and unresponsive, go to the Help section in the app.

  • Select Report an Issue and explain the situation.

  • Muvr Support will investigate and assist with a solution.


5. Consider Rescheduling or Cancelling

  • If the delay is too long, you may have the option to reschedule or cancel your order.

  • Review the cancellation policy to check for potential fees.
