If your driver isn’t responding, follow these steps to resolve the issue quickly.


1. Wait a Few Minutes

2. Try In-App Messaging and Calling

  • Open your order in the Orders tab.

  • Tap Message Driver to send a quick update.

  • If no response, tap Call Driver to try reaching them directly.


3. Check Notifications

  • Ensure your phone’s notifications are enabled.

  • Look for any updates from your driver or Muvr Support.


4. Contact Muvr Support

  • If your driver is unresponsive for an extended time, go to the Help section in the app.

  • Select Report an Issue and explain the situation.

  • Muvr Support will investigate and assist with finding a solution.
