How to Contact Your Mover or Driver

Need to reach your mover or driver? You can easily contact them through the Muvr app. Here’s how:


1. Open Your Order

  • Go to the Orders tab in the app.

  • Select the active order you need assistance with.


2. Use In-App Messaging

  • Tap the Message Driver button.

  • Send a message with any special instructions or questions.


3. Call Your Driver (If Needed)

  • Tap the Call Driver button to place a direct call.

  • Use this option for urgent updates or last-minute instructions.


4. What to Do If You Can’t Reach Your Driver

  • Wait a few minutes—your driver may be in transit.

  • Double-check that your notifications are on.

  • If you still can’t reach them, go to the Help section in the app and contact Muvr Support for assistance.
