How to Reschedule an Order
Need to change your order time? You can easily reschedule your order in the Muvr app. Here’s how:
1. Open Your Order
Go to the Orders tab in the app.
Select the order you want to reschedule.
2. Tap ‘Reschedule Order’
Select Reschedule Order from the available options.
Choose a new date and time for your service.
3. Review Changes and Confirm
Check for any price adjustments or availability updates.
Tap Confirm Reschedule to finalize your changes.
4. Important Notes
Rescheduling may not be available for last-minute changes.
Fees may apply if rescheduling is done too close to the scheduled time.
If your driver is already en route, contact Muvr Support for assistance.
