How to Cancel an Order

Need to cancel your order? You can do it quickly in the Muvr app. Follow these simple steps:

• Go to the Orders tab in the app.

• Select the order you want to cancel.

• Scroll to the bottom and select Cancel Order.

• Choose a cancellation reason from the list.

• If fees apply, you’ll see the amount before confirming.

• Free cancellations may be available if done within the allowed time frame.

• Tap Confirm to finalize the cancellation.

• You’ll receive a confirmation notification once canceled.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed automatically.

• Check the Orders section for refund status.

• Cancel as early as possible to avoid fees.

• If you need to reschedule instead, modify your order instead of canceling.

• Contact Muvr Support in the app if you need assistance.
