How to Modify an Order
Need to make changes to your order? You can update your details easily in the Muvr app before your order starts.
1. Open Your Order
Go to the Orders tab in the app.
Select the active order you want to modify.
2. What You Can Modify
Pickup or Drop-Off Locations
Tap Edit Address and enter the new location.
Confirm the change and check for any price adjustments.
Service Type or Details
Update the order type (e.g., change from small delivery to oversized delivery).
Modify the number of items or add special instructions.
Additional Stops
Tap Add Stop to include extra pickup or drop-off locations.
Schedule Time
Adjust the pickup or drop-off time if your order allows rescheduling.
3. Submitting Changes
After making updates, tap Confirm Changes.
Some modifications may require driver approval or a price adjustment.
You will receive a confirmation once changes are accepted.
4. Changes That Require Support Assistance
If the order is already in progress, major changes (e.g., vehicle size upgrades) may require contacting Muvr Support.
Use the Help section in the app to submit a request for changes.

Some last-minute changes may result in additional fees.
