How to Modify an Order

Need to make changes to your order? You can update your details easily in the Muvr app before your order starts.


1. Open Your Order

  • Go to the Orders tab in the app.

  • Select the active order you want to modify.


2. What You Can Modify

  • Pickup or Drop-Off Locations

    • Tap Edit Address and enter the new location.

    • Confirm the change and check for any price adjustments.

  • Service Type or Details

    • Update the order type (e.g., change from small delivery to oversized delivery).

    • Modify the number of items or add special instructions.

  • Additional Stops

    • Tap Add Stop to include extra pickup or drop-off locations.

  • Schedule Time

    • Adjust the pickup or drop-off time if your order allows rescheduling.


3. Submitting Changes

  • After making updates, tap Confirm Changes.

  • Some modifications may require driver approval or a price adjustment.

  • You will receive a confirmation once changes are accepted.


4. Changes That Require Support Assistance

  • If the order is already in progress, major changes (e.g., vehicle size upgrades) may require contacting Muvr Support.

  • Use the Help section in the app to submit a request for changes.

  • Modify your order as early as possible to avoid delays.

  • Some last-minute changes may result in additional fees.

  • Double-check all details before confirming updates.
