How to Track Your Order

Tracking your order is simple and keeps you updated every step of the way. Here’s how to do it:

• Log in to your account and go to the Orders tab.

• Tap on the order you want to track.

• You’ll see all the details, including the driver’s name and vehicle information.

• A map will show the driver’s current location and route.

• You’ll see an estimated arrival time for both pickup and drop-off.

• You’ll receive real-time updates, including:

  • Driver en route to pickup

  • Driver arrived at pickup

  • Driver en route to drop-off

  • Driver arrived at drop-off

  • Order completed

• If needed, use the in-app chat or call feature to reach the driver for updates or questions.

Keep your phone notifications on to avoid missing important updates.
