Muvr makes it easy and secure for customers to communicate with their assigned drivers and helpers. Once your booking is confirmed, the platform provides multiple ways to stay connected while keeping personal information private.

1. In-App Messaging

  • You can chat directly with your assigned driver or helper through the Muvr app.

  • This allows you to share instructions, ask questions, or coordinate details in real time.

  • All communication stays within the app, ensuring clear records for both you and the support team if follow-up is needed.

2. Masked Phone Numbers

  • If a phone call is needed, Muvr uses masked numbers to protect your privacy.

  • Calls are routed through the platform, so neither the customer nor the driver/helper sees each other’s personal phone number.

3. Booking Updates & Notifications

  • You’ll receive notifications when a driver/helper accepts your booking, is on the way, or arrives at the pickup location.

  • Drivers and helpers can also send quick status updates through the app to keep you informed.

4. Support Team Oversight

  • If issues arise, the Muvr support team can review communication threads (via app or masked calls) to help resolve problems quickly.

  • This ensures accountability and smooth coordination between customers, drivers, and helpers.
