How Muvr Selects Drivers and Helpers

Edited

At Muvr, we take pride in carefully selecting the people who represent us. Every driver and helper goes through a thorough vetting process to ensure safety, professionalism, and reliability.

1. Application & Screening

  • Candidates apply through the Muvr platform and provide detailed background information.

  • Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle that meets Muvr standards.

  • Helpers are screened for relevant moving/delivery experience and physical capability.

2. Muvr Vetting Process

  • Identity Verification: Government-issued IDs are verified to confirm identity.

  • Background Checks: Comprehensive checks are performed for criminal history and driving records.

  • Vehicle & Insurance Verification (Drivers): Drivers must provide valid registration, insurance, and proof their vehicle meets size and safety requirements.

  • Interview & Skills Review: Select applicants may go through an interview or skills assessment to confirm they meet Muvr’s service expectations.

3. Training & Onboarding

  • Approved drivers and helpers receive onboarding that covers:

    • Safe lifting and handling techniques

    • Customer service standards

    • Using the Muvr app for assignments, communication, and navigation

    • Company policies for safety, cancellations, and escalations

4. Continuous Performance Monitoring

  • After joining, every driver and helper is monitored on an ongoing basis.

  • Key metrics include: punctuality, customer ratings, communication quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Repeated poor performance or policy violations may lead to retraining or removal from the Muvr platform.

With this process, Muvr ensures every customer works with professional, trustworthy, and well-vetted drivers and helpers—giving peace of mind for every move or delivery.
