How to View Your Receipt or Invoice
Every time you complete a booking with Muvr, a receipt/invoice is automatically generated for your records. You can access it anytime through the app, website, or your email.
Option 1: In the Muvr App
Open the Muvr App and log in.
Tap on My Orders or Order History.
Select the order you’d like the receipt for.
Scroll down to view the detailed breakdown of your charges.
Tap Download Receipt or Email Receipt (if available) for a copy.
Option 2: On the Muvr Website
Log in to your account at www.muvr.io.
Go to My Orders.
Select the booking you want details for.
Click View Invoice or Download Receipt to save a copy.
Option 3: Email Confirmation
After every completed booking, Muvr sends an automatic receipt to the email address linked to your account.
The email includes:
Order ID
Service type (Move, Delivery, Junk Removal)
Pickup & drop-off details
Cost breakdown (base rate, helpers, stairs, promos, etc.)
Total charged
You can download or print this email for your records.
Key Notes
Receipts are available as soon as payment is processed.
If you don’t see your receipt, check your spam/junk folder or verify your email address is correct in your profile.
For official invoice requests (e.g., for business purposes), contact support@muvr.io with your Order ID.
