Muvr uses a secure, cashless payment system so you can book, track, and pay for your service seamlessly through the app or website.


When Payment Happens

  • Payment is collected at the time of booking.

  • Once you confirm your order and complete payment, your booking becomes active and drivers/helpers are assigned.

  • If you save an order as a draft, no payment is taken until you confirm and check out.

  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay — if enabled on your device)

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Eligible cancellations are refunded according to the Refund Policy | Muvr.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing time varies by bank (usually 5–10 business days).
