Downloading and Using the Muvr App

The Muvr app is the easiest way to book a move, delivery, or junk removal on the go. You can manage your entire order process right from your phone — from booking to tracking to payment.

1. For iPhone (iOS):

   • Open the App Store on your device.

   • Search for “Muvr”.

   • Tap Get to install the app.

2. For Android:

   • Open the Google Play Store.

   • Search for “Muvr”.

   • Tap Install to download the app.

Tip: Look for the official Muvr logo to make sure you’re downloading the right app.

1. Sign In / Create an Account

   • Open the app.

   • Log in with your email/phone and password, or create a new account if you’re new.

2. Book a Service

   • Choose your service type: Move, Delivery, or Junk Removal.

   • Enter key details:

     • Pickup location

     • Drop-off location (if applicable)

     • Items (type, quantity, dimensions)

     • Stairs, date, and preferred time

   • Review the instant quote and confirm.

3. Track Your Order

   • Get updates as your driver/helper is assigned.

   • Track their live location once they’re on the way.

4. During the Service

   • Drivers/helpers assist you with moving, delivery, or hauling.

   • You can communicate securely with them via the app (customer details are masked for privacy).

5. Payment & Confirmation

   • After service completion, view the detailed breakdown of costs.

   • Pay securely through the app.

   • Your receipt will be saved in your account and emailed to you.

6. Rate & Review

   • After your order, rate your experience (1–5 stars).

   • Leave optional comments to help us improve.
