• Open the Muvr App or log in to the Muvr Portal.

• Choose your service type:

  • Move (for apartments, homes, or office moves)

  • Delivery (for furniture, appliances, or store purchases)

  • Junk Removal (for items you want hauled away)

• Enter the details: pickup and drop-off locations, items, size/weight, and preferred date/time.

• You’ll instantly see a quote based on your details.

• Once you confirm your order, Muvr assigns available drivers and helpers.

• You’ll get updates when your team is on the way.

• For safety, customer contact details are masked — all communication goes through the app.

• The driver/helper arrives at the scheduled time.

• They assist with moving, delivery, or removal as requested.

• If additional helpers or adjustments are needed (e.g., stairs, heavy items), these will be updated in your order and reflected in the pricing.

• After the job is complete, you’ll receive a detailed cost breakdown (base rate, helpers, stairs, etc.).

• Payments are made securely through the app — no cash handling required.

• You’ll receive a receipt via email and in your app account.

• Once your order is complete, you can rate your experience (1–5 stars).

• We may also send a quick CSAT survey to gather feedback.
