Troubleshooting Missing Payments

If you haven’t received your payment, follow these steps to resolve the issue quickly.


1. Check Your Payment Status

  1. Open the Earnings tab in the app.

  2. Look for:

    • Pending Earnings: Payments still being processed.

    • Completed Payouts: Payments already sent to your bank.


2. Verify Your Bank Details

  1. Go to Payment Settings in the app.

  2. Ensure your bank account information is correct:

    • Bank name.

    • Account number.

    • Routing number.

  3. Update any incorrect details and save changes.


3. Consider Processing Times

  • Daily Payouts:

    • May take 1–2 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Weekly Payouts:

    • Typically deposited every Monday but can take up to 3 business days.


4. Contact Support

If payments are still missing after the expected time:

  1. Open the Help section in the app.

  2. Submit a ticket with the following details:

    • Order date(s) and amount(s) missing.

    • Screenshot of your Earnings tab, if possible.

  3. Support will investigate and get back to you.
