Managing Active Orders

The Active Orders section helps you track and complete jobs smoothly. Follow these steps to stay on track and ensure customer satisfaction.


1. Viewing Active Orders

  • Go to My Orders in your dashboard to see:

    • Today’s Jobs: Orders scheduled for the current day.

    • Tomorrow’s Jobs: Orders for the next day.

    • Future Jobs: Orders scheduled for later dates.


2. Tracking Progress

For each job, you can:

  • View Details:

    • Pickup and drop-off locations.

    • Item details (size, weight, quantity).

    • Special instructions from the customer.

  • Navigate to Locations:

    • Use the Navigate button for turn-by-turn directions.


3. Communicating

  • Use in-app messaging or calls to:

    • Confirm details with the customer.

    • Coordinate with your helper.


4. Job Milestones

  1. Starting the Order:

    • Begin navigation to the pickup location using the Navigate button in the app.

    • Review the pickup location details and ensure all information aligns with the order.

  2. At Pickup:

    • Verify items match the order details.

    • Take photos of the item’s condition and wrapping.

  3. During Transport:

    • Secure items safely using proper equipment.

  4. At Drop-Off:

    • Deliver items to the designated area per the service level.

    • Take photos as proof of delivery (POD).

  5. Complete the Job:

    • Tap Job Completed and leave feedback or notes about the job.

    • Rate the customer and your helper.


5. Handling Issues

If problems arise:

  • Items don’t match the order.

  • Access is restricted at the location.

  • Communication issues occur.

Use the Help feature in the app to report or escalate the issue.
