Overview of the Driver Dashboard

The Driver Dashboard is your main hub for managing your jobs, tracking your progress, and planning your availability on Muvr. Here’s a quick guide to what you’ll see and how to use it:

• Earnings Display:

  • See your total earnings for the day at the top of the dashboard.

• Upcoming Order:

  • View details of your next job, including pickup and drop-off locations and service type.

  • Tap the Upcoming Order button to access full order details.

• Go Online/Offline:

  • Go Online: Enable this to receive same-day job offers for immediate availability.

  • Go Offline: Remain offline for same-day jobs but still receive offers for future dates. Ensure your availability for future orders is set under Preferences.

• Available Orders:

  • View jobs that match your preferences under the "Available Orders" section.

  • Tap View Order Details for more information before accepting a job.

• My Orders:

  • See all jobs you’ve accepted and track your progress.

  • Tap an order to navigate to pickup and drop-off locations or to contact the customer.

• Use the Preferences option to:

  • Select the types of services you want to receive orders for (e.g., Moves, Deliveries, Junk Removal). This includes sub-services such as types of deliveries (e.g., store, package), types of moves (e.g., apartment, office), and types of junk removal (e.g., furniture, appliances).

  • Adjust your distance range for receiving job offers.

  • Set availability for future jobs to ensure you receive offers for dates beyond the current day.

  • Choose jobs based on your vehicle type and capabilities.

• Keep the app updated with your preferences to get the most relevant job offers.

• Set your availability regularly to ensure you receive both same-day and future job offers.

• Double-check job details and notes before heading to the pickup location.

• Use the Help section in the app if you encounter any issues.
