Keeping your profile up to date ensures you remain eligible for orders and maintain accurate records. Here’s how to manage updates in the Muvr app.


1. Open Profile Settings

  • Tap on your profile icon in the app dashboard.

  • Select Profile Settings to access your information.


2. What You Can Update

  1. Name:

    • Changes to your name require legal documentation (e.g., government-issued ID).

    • Submit the updated name along with supporting documents through the app for approval.

  2. Email and Phone Number:

    • Update these details directly in the app.

    • Verify changes using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email or phone.

  3. Address:

    • Update your residential or business address directly without additional approval.

  4. Vehicle Information:

    • Submit updates for vehicle registration, insurance, or other details.

    • Changes will be reviewed for approval before being reflected in your profile.

  5. Profile Photo:

    • Upload a clear, professional photo that meets platform guidelines.

    • Photo changes may require review and approval.


3. How to Submit and Save Updates

  • After making changes, tap Submit for Approval for updates requiring review.

  • For instant updates (e.g., email, phone, or address), tap Save.

  • You’ll receive a notification once approved or if additional information is needed.

  • Keep your contact details accurate to avoid missed notifications or updates.

  • Ensure supporting documents for name or vehicle changes are clear and valid.
