Looking to take on more responsibility and earn higher pay as a Driver/Lead? Follow these simple steps to upgrade your profile and meet the requirements.


Why Upgrade to Driver/Lead?

  • Earn More: Drivers/Leads supply vehicles and equipment, making them eligible for higher pay.

  • Lead Jobs: Take charge of the job by providing a qualifying vehicle, coordinating with the assigned helper, and ensuring the successful completion of the task.

  • Expand Opportunities: Access more job types requiring specialized vehicles and equipment.


Steps to Upgrade

  1. Open the Muvr Driver App:

    • Navigate to the Profile Settings or Upgrade Role section.

  2. Meet the Driver/Lead Requirements:

    • Vehicle: Register a qualifying vehicle (e.g., cargo van, box truck, pickup truck).

    • Equipment: Ensure you have the required equipment, such as dollies, lifting straps, and tarps.

    • Documents: Upload or update the following:

      • Vehicle registration.

      • Vehicle insurance.

      • Certificate of Insurance (COI) with General Liability and Commercial Auto coverage.

  3. Complete the Background Check:

    • Ensure your background check is submitted and approved.

  4. Submit for Review:

    • Once all requirements are fulfilled, tap Submit Upgrade Request in the app.


What Happens Next?

  • Your application will be reviewed by the Muvr team within 1-3 business days.

  • You’ll receive a notification once your upgrade is approved and can start taking Driver/Lead jobs immediately.
