1. What Is a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is a document that proves you have active insurance coverage. It must include:
General Liability Insurance: Coverage of at least $1,000,000.
Commercial Auto Insurance (if applicable): Ensures the vehicle you use for Muvr jobs is insured.
Cargo Insurance: Protects the value of the goods being transported in case of damage, loss, or theft. A minimum coverage amount of $50,000 is required.
Certificate Holder: Muvr Technologies, Inc. must be listed as the certificate holder.
Policy Information: Includes policy number, expiration date, and insured name.
2. How to Submit Your COI
Navigate to the Dashboard
Open the Muvr Driver App.
Tap on the COI Submission section in the Documents area.
Upload the Document
Capture a Photo: Use your phone’s camera to take a clear photo of the COI.
Ensure all text is legible and the document is fully visible.
Upload a Saved File: Tap Upload from Gallery to select an existing image or PDF of your COI.
Review and Submit
Double-check that all required information is visible:
Muvr Technologies, Inc. listed as certificate holder.
Coverage details and policy expiration date.
Tap Submit to upload the COI for verification.
3. COI Requirements Checklist
Coverage Amount: General Liability Insurance must be at least $1,000,000. Cargo Insurance must be at least $50,000.
Insured Name: Matches the name on your Muvr profile.

Expired COI: Provide a current, active certificate.
Non-Matching Insured Name: Ensure the insured name matches your profile name exactly.
