Uploading your Certificate of Insurance (COI) is a critical step in becoming a verified Mover (Driver/Lead or Helper) or Hauler (Driver/Lead or Helper) on the Muvr platform. This guide explains how to upload your COI in the Muvr Driver App and ensures it meets all requirements.

1. What Is a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is a document that proves you have active insurance coverage. It must include:

  • General Liability Insurance: Coverage of at least $1,000,000.

  • Commercial Auto Insurance (if applicable): Ensures the vehicle you use for Muvr jobs is insured.

  • Cargo Insurance: Protects the value of the goods being transported in case of damage, loss, or theft. A minimum coverage amount of $50,000 is required.

  • Certificate Holder: Muvr Technologies, Inc. must be listed as the certificate holder.

  • Policy Information: Includes policy number, expiration date, and insured name.

2. How to Submit Your COI

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard

    • Open the Muvr Driver App.

    • Tap on the COI Submission section in the Documents area.

  2. Upload the Document
