Uploading Vehicle Photos

Uploading clear and accurate vehicle photos is an important step in verifying your account on the Muvr platform. Follow this guide to ensure your submissions meet all requirements.

You will need to upload the following photos based on your role (Mover or Hauler):

1. Exterior Photos:

   • Front of the vehicle.

   • Rear of the vehicle (ensure the license plate is visible).

   • Side views (both sides of the vehicle).

2. Interior Photos:

   • Cargo space showing dimensions and condition (clean and free of obstructions).

   • For box trucks or vans, show the entire cargo area, including walls and floor.

3. License Plate Close-Up:

   • A clear photo of the license plate.

• Use Good Lighting: Take photos during the day or in a well-lit area to ensure all details are visible.

• Avoid Glare or Shadows: Ensure the vehicle is positioned to avoid glare or heavy shadows that obscure details.

• Clean Your Vehicle: Remove any debris, dirt, or obstructions before taking photos.

• Show Full Views: Ensure the entire vehicle or cargo space is visible in the frame without cropping.

1. Open the Muvr Driver App

   • Navigate to the Vehicle Photos Submission section in the Documents area.

2. Take or Select Photos

   • Using Your Camera: Capture clear photos of the required angles and cargo space.

   • Uploading a Saved File: Select pre-existing photos from your phone gallery.

3. Submit the Photos

   • Review each photo to confirm all details are visible and meet the requirements.

   • Tap Submit to upload the photos for verification.

1. Blurry or Low-Quality Images: Retake the photo with better lighting or a steadier hand.

2. Cropped or Incomplete Views: Ensure the entire vehicle or cargo space is visible in the frame.

3. Dirty or Cluttered Vehicle: Clean the vehicle interior and exterior before retaking photos.

4. License Plate Not Visible: Retake the rear or license plate close-up photo if the plate is unclear.

• Capture all photos in one session to ensure consistency in lighting and quality.

• Double-check that the license plate and cargo space meet the required standards.

• Keep backups of all uploaded photos in case re-submission is needed.
