1. What Makes a Good Profile Photo?
Clear Face: Your entire face should be visible, facing the camera.
Good Lighting: Use natural light or a well-lit room to avoid shadows.
Neutral Background: A plain wall or a simple background works best.
No Accessories: Avoid sunglasses, hats, or anything that covers your face.
Professional Appearance: Wear appropriate clothing and maintain a neat look.
2. How to Take Your Profile Photo
Prepare the Setting:
Stand in front of a plain, neutral-colored wall.
Ensure the area is well-lit.
Position the Camera:
Hold your phone at eye level.
Keep your head and shoulders centered in the frame.
Capture the Photo:
Smile or maintain a friendly, professional expression.
Check that your entire face is visible and clear.
Review the Photo:
Make sure the photo isn’t blurry and meets the guidelines above.
3. Uploading Your Profile Photo
Open the Muvr Driver App.
Navigate to the Profile Photo Submission section in the Documents area.
Tap Take Photo or Upload from Gallery:
Take Photo: Follow the steps above to capture a new photo.
Upload from Gallery: Select an existing photo that meets the guidelines.
Tap Submit to upload your photo for approval.
4. Common Issues and Fixes
Blurry Photo: Retake the photo with steady hands and better lighting.
Face Not Fully Visible: Ensure your entire face is in the frame.
Background Too Distracting: Retake the photo in front of a plain wall.
Wearing Accessories: Remove hats, sunglasses, or anything covering your face.
