To join Muvr as a courier, you’ll need to meet specific requirements and provide the necessary documentation to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery experience.

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

• Physical Fitness: Able to handle small-to-medium packages, including loading and unloading.

• Experience:

  • Prior delivery experience is preferred but not required.

  • Familiarity with navigating local areas is a plus.

1. Driver’s License

   • Must be valid and not expired.

   • For bicycle or foot couriers, government-issued ID is sufficient.

2. Profile Photo

   • A clear, professional headshot that adheres to these guidelines:

   • Face the camera directly with no hats or sunglasses.

   • Use a well-lit background free of glare.

3. Vehicle Registration (if applicable)

   • For motor vehicle couriers, the registration must match the details of the vehicle you intend to use.

4. Vehicle Insurance (if applicable)

   • Active insurance is required for motor vehicle couriers.

5. Background Check Consent

   • You must consent to a background check to ensure a safe and trustworthy platform for customers and couriers alike.

• Approved Types:

  • Cars: Compact or sedans for efficient deliveries.

  • Motorcycles/Scooters: Ideal for navigating congested areas quickly.

  • Bicycles: Suitable for short-distance deliveries.

  • On Foot: Available for couriers delivering in pedestrian-friendly zones.

• Condition:

  • Vehicles must be clean, in good working order, and compliant with safety standards.

• Delivery Bags: Insulated bags to keep items secure and temperature-controlled.

• Smartphone with GPS Access: Required for navigation and order management.

• Safety Gear:

  • Reflective Vest (for visibility, especially for bicycle or on-foot couriers).

  • Helmet (mandatory for motorcycles, scooters, and bicycles).

• Portable Phone Charger: Ensure your phone stays powered during shifts.

• Rain Gear: Protect yourself and packages during inclement weather.

• Consent to a background check conducted by Muvr’s partner, which typically takes 1-3 business days.

• A clean record is required to join the platform and ensure customer trust.

• Complete onboarding training through the Muvr Driver App, which includes:

  • Safe package handling techniques.

  • Navigation and route optimization.

  • Customer service best practices.

• Couriers must maintain a professional appearance and ensure timely deliveries.

• Adhering to delivery and safety protocols is essential to maintain a high rating and avoid penalties.
