Welcome to Muvr! Signing up as a driver is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to create your account and start your journey with us.


Step 1: Open the Muvr Driver App

  • Launch the Muvr Driver App on your phone.

  • Don’t have the app yet? Visit the App Store or Google Play Store to download it.


Step 2: Start Your Registration

  1. Tap Sign Up on the app’s login screen.

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Full Name: Enter your legal first and last name.

    • Email Address: Use a valid email you can access.

    • Phone Number: Ensure it’s correct for verification purposes.

  3. Enter the OTP sent to your email and phone number to verify them.

  4. Agree to Muvr’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


Step 3: Upload Required Documents

  • Go to the Documents section in the app.

  • Upload clear photos of the following required items:

    • Driver’s License (valid and not expired).

    • Profile Photo: A clear headshot meeting professional standards.

    • Vehicle Insurance: Ensure the policy is active and matches the registered vehicle.

    • Vehicle Registration: Ensure the details match the car you intend to use.

    • Certificate of Insurance (COI) (if applicable in your region).

    • Specialized Permits or Certifications: For specific tasks like handling hazardous items (if required).

    • Equipment Photo: Upload pictures of essential equipment (e.g., dollies, straps) for relevant services.

    • Lifting and Wrapping Videos: Upload training compliance videos (if applicable).

  • Ensure all uploaded images and videos are clear, complete, and meet platform requirements to avoid rejections.


Step 4: Complete Background Check

  • Fill out the consent form to authorize a background check.

  • Background checks typically take 1-3 business days.

  • You’ll receive a notification once the check is complete.


Step 5: Approval Notification

  • Once all requirements are met and your application is approved, you’ll receive a notification.


Step 6: Complete Onboarding Training

  • Access training modules in the app under Training.

  • Learn about:

    • Job management.

    • Customer interaction.

    • Safe handling of items.


Step 7: Set Up Payment Information

  • Navigate to the Earnings Settings section to set up your payment information:

    • Add your bank account details for payouts.

    • Ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays.


Step 8: Start Driving!

  • Open the app, go online, and start accepting jobs.


Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • Can’t Verify Phone Number or Email?

    • Check that your details are correct and your phone has network coverage.

    • Tap Resend OTP or contact support if the issue persists.

  • Document Rejected?

    • Check the rejection reason in the app.

    • Re-upload a clear and updated version of the document.

  • Background Check Delayed?

    • Background checks may take longer in certain cases. If it exceeds 5 business days, contact support for assistance.
